Hanging Herb Garden

I'm a horrible cook! But my wife is amazing at it! She loves to cook with fresh herbs and has lots of plants but nowhere to put them. In this plan, I design a hanging herb garden that holds 12 potted herbs in front of a window. If you don't have the shop equipment to build it the same way I did, alter the plans to do it in a more simpler way (butt joints, pocket holes, etc.).
